ـ في التسجيل ـ إن شركة: Areva T & D SA ذات الجنسية: الفرنسية والبالغ رأسمالها /74.478.096/يورو فقط أربعة وسبعين مليونا وأربعمائة وثمانية وسبعين ألفا وستة وتسعين يورو والمتخذة مركزا رئيسيا لها: Tour AREVE - 1, Place de la Coupole 92084 PARIS - LA DEFENSE تقدمت بتاريخ 12/7/2006 بتصريح عن رغبتها بإنشاء فرع لها في لبنان، وأودعت مصلحة التجارة (دائرة الشركات)، بتاريخ 12/7/2006 كامل المستندات المتعلقة بأنظمتها والمنصوص عنها في القانون اللبناني، وأودعت المصلحة أيضا إيصال الخزينة رقم 42925 تاريخ 17/8/2006 والمستند المتعلق بتعيين السيد جيروم بارث Mr Jerome BARTHE ممثلا لها في لبنان. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
