ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Golden West Seed Hellas (Golden West A.E) المسجلة بتاريخ 19/11/2002، تحت رقم 2228 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 4/7/2006، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7868/2006 بأن مجلس الإدارة المنعقد بتاريخ 24/5/2006 قد عين السيد علي شومان بن نايف وكيلا خاصا وممثلا ونائبا عن الشركة مع منحه الحق في التقدم في أخذ الإجراءات اللازمة المطلوبة لوقف تشغيل فرع هذه الشركة في لبنان، بالإضافة إلى صلاحيات أخرى. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
