ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft المسجلة بتاريخ 23/9/1956، تحت رقم 219 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 26/4/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4261/2007، بأنها فوضت السيدة كوليت عكره Mrs. Colette Acra، بصفتها المدير العام لمبيعات الركاب في لبنان، لتمثيل الشركة ضمن مهامها وخاصة تلك الوارد ذكرها في كتاب التفويض المؤرخ في 2/2/2007 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
