ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Ajamian Brothers International Publishers Representatives Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 4/6/2007، تحت رقم 2420 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/8/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9405/2007، بأنها قررت استبدال فرع الشركة في لبنان بمكتب تمثيل لها وإثباتا لذلك قرر مجلس إدارة الشركة، بتاريخ 2/1/2007، فتح مكتب تمثيل لها في لبنان وتعيين السيد دفيد ن. عطيه Mr. David N Atiyah مديرا له. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
