ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Leman Commodities S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 20/9/2000، تحت رقم 2131 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/1/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1088/2008، بأنها عدلت اسمها الأساسي إلى ميتانفست أنترناسيونال ش.م. METINVEST INTERNATIONAL S.A. وطلبت اعتماد الاسم الجديد المعدل لفرعها في لبنان. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
