المادة 1

ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة بنكا دي روما ش.م. Banca Di Roma S.P.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 1/10/2002، تحت رقم 2222 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 1/4/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3637/2008، بأنه عقب دمج Capitalia Societa per Azioni في Unicredito Italiano Societa per Azioni، دعا مجلس إدارة Banca Di Roma S.P.A. في اجتماعه المنعقد في 17/10/2007، لانعقاد جمعية عامة من أجل تغيير اسم المصرف ليصبح «يونيكريديت بنكا دي روما س.ب.أ.» {Unucredit Banca di Roma S.P.A}. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
