ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Scottish Life International Insurance Company Limited. المسجلة بتاريخ 18/12/2002، تحت رقم 2234 (بالتسجيل). في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/5/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدى مصلحة الديوان بالرقم 5088/2008، بأنها قررت، بتاريخ 20/2/2008، عزل مدير فرع لبنان الحالي ووكيلها القانوني العام السيد Stephen David Dening وتعيين بديل منه كمدير عام ووكيل قانوني عام الآنسة مايا خلف، من الجنسية اللبنانية، وذلك مع كافة الصلاحيات لتمثيل الشركة والفرع في لبنان لكافة الأغراض. وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
