ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Malaysian Airline System Berhad المسجلة بتاريخ 2/3/1996، تحت رقم 992 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/8/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8985/2008، بأنها عينت الآنسة زينة صفا، مديرة مبيعات الشركة في بيروت، لبنان، بصفة وكيلة للشركة، باسمها ونيابة عنها ولتقوم مقامها أو خلافه بالصلاحيات الوارد ذكرها في سند التوكيل المؤرخ في 5/5/2008، هذا مع الإشارة إلى أن سند التوكيل بتعيين السيد محمد أنور بن مات بياج المعطى في 1/10/2004 قد أصبح لاغيا لدى توقيع سند التوكيل المؤرخ في 5/5/2008 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
