وحيث أن مجلس الوزراء لم يعمد الى بحث موضوع الكتاب رقم 2015/1189 منذ شهر نيسان 2015 حتى تاريخه،

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعين السيد كريم - كبريال جان - كلود صاصي رئيساً للجنة الرقابة على هيئات الضمان بالإنابة الى أن تتم تسوية وضعه في مجلس الوزراء بأقرب وقت بإعطاء الصيغة التنفيذية لعقده.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بالحقوق والواجبات الناتجة عن تولي السيد كريم - كبريال جان - كلود صاصي رئاسة لجنة الرقابة على هيئات الضمان، تلك المحددة في العقد الموقع بين وزير الإقتصاد والتجارة والسيد كريم - كبريال جان - كلود صاصي والمرسل الى مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 20/4/2015 والمسجل تحت الرقم 1189.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يدخل هذا القرار حيّز التنفيذ بتاريخ 1/10/2015.

مادة 4: يبلغ هذا القرار وينشر حيث يجب.
