-في التعديل- إن شركة Cummins Middle East FZE المسجلة بتاريخ 11/7/1007، تحت رقم 2423 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 22/10/2015، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13490/2015، بأنها قد قرَّرت إغلاق فرعها في لبنان في لبنا؛ وذلك بموجب قرار من قبل المساهم الوحيد في الشركة، موقع في 1/6/2015 وفي 4/6/2015 . وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
