نص القرار: مع مراعاة احكام القانون 39/73 ترايخ 17/12/1973 قررت اللجنة اعتبار شهادة الهاي سكول الصادرة عن المدارس الثانوية التي تتبع النظام التعليمي الاميركي والعاملة خارج لبنان والتي تنهي مرحلة دراسية نظامية مدتها لا تقل عن احدى عشرة سنة دراسية ابتداء من اول سنة دراسية ابتدائية (الصف الاول الابتدائي) قررت اللجنة اعتبار هذه الشهادة معادلة للبكالوريا اللبنانية /القسم الاول يعمل بهذا القرار فور تصديقه ونشره مع مراعاة احكام المادة التاسعة والعشرين من المرسوم رقم 9355 تاريخ 28/04/1962
