ان شركة CONSTRUTORA ANDRADE GUTIERREZ S/A المسجلة بتاريخ 31/1/2014، تحت رقم 2760 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 29/10/2015، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13823/2015، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع الجمعية العامة غير العادية، المنعقد في 14/5/2015، تغيير اسمها الى ANDRADE GUTIERREZ ENGENHARIA S/A، اضافة الى تعديلات اخرى وردت في المحضر المشار اليه اعلاه.

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
