ان شركة Takeda Pharmaceuticals FZCO المسجلة بتاريخ 17/2/2012، تحت رقم 2648 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 3/3/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2824/2016، بأنها قد قررت تأكيد إنهاء عقد استخدام السيدة ريتا موريس غصين، وكذلك إلغاء كامل الصلاحيات الممنوحة لها بصفتها مديرة لمكتب الشركة التمثيلي في لبنان اعتباراً من 31/12/2015، وتعيين السيدة كارين بارون مظلوميان بصفة مديرة لهذا المكتب اعتباراً من 31/12/2015؛ وذلك بموجب قرار الشركاء الموقع في 22/12/2015 .
