إن شركة تراين ش.م. Trane S.A.، المسجلة بتاريخ 10/4/1999، تحت الرقم 2061 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).

قد صرحت بتاريخ 15/4/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4851/2016، بأنها تقيم وتعين السيدة دينا شنن كمدير لفرعها في لبنان، ولتكون الوكيل القانوني للشركة لتعمل في مركز الشركة وتقوم باسمها، وبالنيابة عنها بالامور والاعمال الوارد ذكرها في سند التوكيل الموقع في 22/3/2016، والذي تنتهي صلاحيته في 31/12/2017 .

وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
