إن شركة Zomato Ireland Limited، المسجلة بتاريخ 2/9/2014 تحت رقم 2782 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 19/4/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5041/2016، بأنها قد قررت، وعطفاً على قرارها تاريخ 5/10/2015 والقاضي بتعيين السيد بشاره روجيه جان ماري حداد مديراً عاماً لفرعها في لبنان، تعديل حق التوقيع عن هذا الفرع لجهة معاملات السحب المصرفية، وذلك بجعل التوقيع عن فرع الشركة في لبنان منفرداً بيد المدير العام المشار اليه أعلاه لغاية مبلغ /4.000/$، ومتحداً مع السيدة إيسان سمير جواد لكلِّ ما يتجاوز هذا المبلغ، مع صلاحيات اخرى جرى ذكرها في هذا القرار المصدق من غرفة التجارة العربية الإيرلندية بتاريخ 31/3/2016 .
