ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على ايداع محافظ النبطية رقم 1055 تاريخ 24/6/2016،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية الغندورية - قضاء بنت جبيل - محافظة النبطية منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام بنت جبيل القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية الغندورية حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
