ان شركة The Bank of New York Mellon المسجلة بتاريخ 18/6/1983، تحت رقم 895 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات)مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 10/5/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5990/2016،

بأنها قد قرَّرت، وفقا لمقتطفات من محضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة المنعقد في 9/6/2015، انتقال مقر الشركة الرئيسي من: {One Wall Street, New York, New York} الى: {225 Liberty Street, New York, New York}، اعتبارا من 1/10/2015، إضافة الى قرارات أخرى ذُكرت في المقتطفات المشار إليها أعلاه.
