ان شركة Visa Global Holdings, LLC المسجلة بتاريخ 18/7/2013، تحت رقم 2740 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات) مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 1/7/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8288/2016، بأنها قد مدَّدت تعيين السيد رمزي الصبوري مديراً عاماً لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان منذ تاريخ 14/3/2015 ولغاية 13/3/2017، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة الوارد ذكرها في سند التوكيل الصادر في 18/11/2015، والنافذ بتاريخ 14/3/2015، والذي يبقى صالحا لمدة سنتين من تاريخ النفاذ أو في حال عزلت الشركة المدير العام قبل ذلك أو في حال ترك المدير العام العمل لدى الشركة؛ بشرط أنه يحق للشركة عزل الوكيل بسلطتها الاستنسابية في أي وقت.
