ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على إيداع محافظ جبل لبنان بالوكالة رقم 1579 تاريخ 18/7/2016

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يكلف مختار بلدة قتالة السيد طانيوس نعمة بوحيدر القيام بمهام مختارية بلدة ديرخونة وتلتيته - قضاء بعبدا حتى انتخاب مختارية للبلدة المذكورة.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
