ان شركة SOLIDIANCE ASIA PACIFIC PTE.LTD المسجلة بتاريخ 23/2/2016، تحت رقم 2847 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/8/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 10347/2016، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرارات مجلس الإدارة الصادر في 15/6/2016، تعيين Accounting & Management Consulting (AMC) (إستشاريَّو إدارة ومحاسبة)، وهي شركة تدقيق حسابات، لإجراء وتقديم ومتابعة وتوقيع مستندات وإجراءات الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي ووزارة المالية بالنيابة عن مكتب تمثيلها في لبنان، ويعتبر الأشخاص المذكورة أسماؤهم أدناه ممثلي (AMC) في المهمات المذكورة أعلاه:

-روجيه يوسف أبي زيد.

-جاد نبيل أبي زيد.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
