ان شركة Cable News International, Inc. المسجلة بتاريخ 22/10/1997، تحت رقم 1070 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 5/9/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 11375/2016،بأنها قد منحت سند توكيل الى السيد Nick Paton Walsh ليقوم، باسم مكتب الشركة التمثيلي في لبنان وتمثيلا له، بصفة وكيل مع الصلاحيات الشاملة لأداء المهام المحددة في السند المشار إليه أعلاه، والتي من بينها إدارة وتشغيل وتسيير المكتب التمثيلي المذكور. إن سند التوكيل هذا موقع في 3/10/2014، وقابل للرد بإرادة الشركة.
