ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة تجارية لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1020871 تاريخ 18/2/2016 بإسم «شركة كاف بوكس ش.م.ل.» ممثلة بشخص السيدة نور رياض سلامه.

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الشركة المذكورة، والمسجل تحت رقم 1084 تاريخ 20/4/2016، (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار).

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تمنح «شركة كاف بوكس ش.م.ل.»، ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر، بإسم {KAPH BOOKS} تتحمل مسؤوليتها السيدة نور رياض سلامه.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
