إن شركة Rotana Media Services Holding المسجلة بتاريخ 26/5/2010، تحت رقم 2551 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 27/9/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 12287/2016، بأنها قد قررت بموجب القرارات الخطية للمساهم الوحيد في الشركة والموقعة في 5/1/2016،

أولا: تعيين كل من السيد محمد حسن علي والسيدة ندى مخزوم بصفة مدير الشركة، بمفعول فوري، لإشغال المنصب وفقا لنظام الشركة التأسيس؛

ثانيا: صرف المدير السيد فهد السكيت عن الشركة بمفعول فوري؛

ثالثا: تفويض Maples Corporate Services Limited لتحديث سجل مدراء الشركة وموظفيها.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
