إن شركة Societe pour l'Exportation des Produits Nestle) S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 10/12/1956، تحت رقم 222 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 8/10/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 12735/2016، بأنها قد منحت تفويضا بتاريخ 10/5/2016 الى السيد بتريك خرياطي بصفته مدير عام الأعمال/مدير فرع الشركة في لبنان، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة؛ وذلك كله وفقا لقرار مجلس الإدارة المنعقد في 1/7/2013 . إن التفويض المذكور أعلاه يلغي ويحل مكان التفويض الممنوح الى السيدة ياسمين بربير بتاريخ 18/3/2011، ويكون ساري المفعول بدءا من 1/6/2016.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
