إن شركة EDF International Networks S.A.S. المسجلة بتاريخ 22/5/2013، تحت رقم 2665 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 27/10/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13587/2016، بأنها قد قررت، بتاريخ 12/10/2016:

أولاً: إنهاء مدة تولي السيد Andreas GREIM كممثل أول لفرع الشركة في لبنان؛

ثانياً: تعيين السيدة Marie-Line BASSETTE كممثل أول ومديرة لهذا الفرع، مع منحها الصلاحيات اللازمة؛

ثالثاً: تثبيت السيد أنطوان عماطوري في وظائفه وصلاحياته كممثل ثانٍ للفرع متمتعاً بالصلاحيات عينها الممنوحة له في وقت سابق.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
