إن شركة Nokia Solutions and Networks Branch Operations Oy المسجلة بتاريخ 1/2/2005، تحت رقم 2367 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 29/11/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 15070/2016، بأنها تقيم وتعيِّن كلاًّ من السيدة ألين شمالي رستم والسيد واتشه بوجكيان ممثليهم القانونيَّين وذلك لإدارة فرع الشركة في لبنان، ليقوما بالاتحاد بتمثيل الفرع، مع منحهما الصلاحيات اللازمة الواردة في سند التوكيل الموقع في 17/10/2016، والذي ينتهي مفعوله في نهاية 31/12/2017، إلَّا إذا تم إلغاؤه قبل ذلك من قبل الشركة.
