ان رئيس مجلس الوزراء،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تسمية السيد سعد الحريري رئيساً لمجلس الوزراء).

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10156 تاريخ 22/3/2013 .

بناء على قانون المحاسبة العمومية ولا سيما المادة 151 منه،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يفوض أمين عام المجلس الأعلى للدفاع، اللواء الركن محمد خير بعقد الصفقات المتعلقة بالمجلس الأعلى للدفاع بموجب بيان أو فاتورة وفقا للمادة 151 من قانون المحاسبة العمومية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
