إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 وتعديلاته (تشكيل الحكومة).

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1425 تاريخ 6/10/1999 لا سيما المادة الرابعة منه.

بناء على إحالة محافظ عكار رقم 2/إ/2017 تاريخ 19/1/2017 .

بناء على احالة المدير العام للادارات والمجالس المحلية بالتكليف رقم 394/د تاريخ 6/2/2017 .

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تؤلف لجنة قوامها السادة:

-المختار أحمد محمد نجدي - رئيسا

-خالد خلدون الياسين - عضوا

-عبد الرزاق خالد الياسين - عضوا

المادة 2

مهمتها الاشراف على الاشغال الممولة من الصندوق البلدي المستقل أو المرصد لها إعتمادات في الموازنة العامة ضمن نطاق قرية سرار - محافظة عكار.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
