إن شركة ASTROPHYSICS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED المسجلة بتاريخ 10/12/2015، تحت رقم 2840 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 7/2/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1637/2017، بأنها قد قرَّرت، بموجب اجتماع لمجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقد بتاريخ 2/5/2016، منح مدير عام فرع الشركة في لبنان السيد Fran5ois Zayek الصلاحيات اللازمة من أجل إيداء العمليات والمبادلات المصرفية، كما تقرَّر تحديد صلاحياته بالنسبة لإدارة الأعمال اليومية للفرع المتضمنة في موضوع الشركة؛ وذلك كله مدرج في محضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة المشار إليه أعلاه.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
