إن وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على العلم والخبر رقم 1188/2011 تاريخ 21/7/2011 والذي بموجبه تأسست جمعية بإسم «الامام الشاطبي لتحفيظ القرآن الكريم ونشر علومه».

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الجمعية المذكورة، والمسجل تحت رقم 2304 تاريخ 7/9/2016 (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار).

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تمنح جمعية «الامام الشاطبي لتحفيظ القرآن الكريم ونشر علومه» ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر بإسم «دار الامام الشاطبي للطباعة والنشر والتوزيع» يتحمل مسؤوليتها الشيخ محمود احمد سمهون.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
