إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 وتعديلاته (تشكيل الحكومة).

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1425 تاريخ 6/10/1999 لا سيما المادة الرابعة منه.

بناء على إحالة محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 4566/م/2016 تاريخ 6/2/2017.

بناء على إحالة المدير العام للادارات والمجالس المحلية بالتكليف رقم 6221/د تاريخ 2/3/2017.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تؤلف لجنة قوامها السادة:

- المختار نزيه يوسف مغيزل - رئيسا

- وسام جرجي صعب - عضوا

- جريس يوسف متى - عضوا

المادة 2

مهمتها الاشراف على الاشغال الممولة من الصندوق البلدي المستقل أو المرصد لها إعتمادات في الموازنة العامة ضمن نطاق قرية جنجلايا - قضاء صيدا.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
