مهمتها الاشراف على الاشغال الممولة من الصندوق البلدي المستقل أو المرصد لها إعتمادات في الموازنة العامة ضمن نطاق قرية مزرعة حوقا - قضاء زغرتا.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
