ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 1178/م تاريخ 28/3/2017،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عيّن السيد البر بولس عيد، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سناً في بلدة بتدين اللقش - قضاء جزين، مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد بطرس يوسف القطار وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
