ان شركة Merck Sharp & Dohme Research GmbH المسجلة بتاريخ 23/11/2002، تحت رقم 2230 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/2/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2200/2017،

بأنها قد أقامت وعينت السيد Okan Ekrem Isikci بصفة وكيلها وممثلها القانوني حيث ينوب عنها وباسمها ومكانها ويقوم مقامها في لبنان، بأية أو بجميع الأعمال والمسائل والأمور الواردة في سند التوكيل الصادر بهذا الشأن بتاريخ 12/12/2016، والصالح ابتداء من 1/1/2017، والذي يبقى نافذاً ما لم يتم إلغاؤه من قبل الشركة عن طريق إشعار خطّي. ويحلُّ هذا التوكيل مكان جميع سندات التوكيل السابقة المتعلقة بهذه المسألة.
