ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

وحيث ان مجلس بلدية حصارات - قضاء جبيل قد فقد اكثر من نصف عدد اعضائه،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان بالتكليف رقم 619/ب تاريخ 26/4/2017،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية حصارات - قضاء جبيل - محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام جبيل القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية حصارات حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
