إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 وتعديلاته (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1425 تاريخ 6/10/1999 لا سيما المادة الرابعة منه،

بناء على إحالة محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 92/ب/2017 تاريخ 1/6/2017،

بناء على إحالة المدير العام للادارات والمجالس المحلية بالتكليف رقم 1132/د تاريخ 11/7/2017،

يقرر ما يأتي:
