ان شركة HSBC BANK MIDDLE EAST LIMITED المسجلة بتاريخ 22/6/1946، تحت رقم 2510 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/5/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7098/2017،

بأنها قد نقلت المركز الرئيسي لها من جيرسي الى دبي، دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وذلك وفقا لشهادة المتابعة الصادرة بتاريخ 30/6/2016 عن لجنة جيرسي للخدمات المالية سجل الشركات (Jersey Financial Services Commission/Companies Registry)، وللرخصة التجارية الصادرة ايضا بتاريخ 30/6/2016 عن مركز دبي المالي العالمي، ووفقا لإفادة الإستمرارية الصادرة عن سجل الشركات التابع لمركز دبي المالي العالمي بتاريخ 30/6/2016، حيث جرى تسجيل المصرف بفعل الاستمرارية.
