إن شركة Development Transformations, LLC المسجلة بتاريخ 24/11/2014، تحت رقم 2790 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 10/7/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8904/2017،

بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية لأعضاء الشركة، المنعقد في 15/5/2017، أن يحل السيد Sloan Mann محل السيد Juan Pablo Castro ويعمل بصفة مدير عام فرع الشركة في لبنان حتى تعيين مدير عام جديد، وقد منح السيد Sloan Mann الصلاحيات اللازمة.
