إن شركة TUV Hellas (RW TUV) S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 25/6/2001، تحت رقم 2169 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 8/8/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 10414/2017،

بأنها قد قررت تعديل المادة الأولى من نظامها المتعلقة باسمها ليصبح اسمها الجديد: TUV HELLAS (TUV NORD) OF {INSPECTIONS ATTESTATIONS AND QUALITY ASSURANCE S.A. كما قررت تعديل المادة الثالثة من نظامها المتعلقة بمركزها ليصبح العنوان الجديد: {282 Mesogeion Avenue in the Municipality of Papagou-Holargos. وأخيرا عدلت الشركة المادة الخامسة من نظامها المتعلقة برأسمالها بحيث يبلغ الرأسمال الجديد: /050،88/C أي ثمانية وثمانين الفاً وخمسين يورو.
