إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

وحيث ان مجلس بلدية القرنة - محافظة عكار قد فقد اكثر من نصف عدد اعضائه،

بناء على كتاب محافظ عكار رقم 457/ب/2017 تاريخ 4/7/2017،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية القرنة - محافظة عكار منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ عكار القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية القرنة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
