إن وزير الصناعة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 642 تاريخ 2/6/1997 (إنشاء وزارة الصناعة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 13173 تاريخ 8/10/1998 (تنطيم وزارة الصناعة وتحديد ملاكها وشروط التعيين الخاصة في بعض وظائفها)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الصناعة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

يمنع منعاً باتاً استعمال المواد الملونة التالية:

او اية مواد اخرى يمكن ان تشكل خطراً على الصحة العامة في صناعة المخللات.
