ان شركة مؤسسة الخطوط الجوية الكويتية المسجلة بتاريخ 7/11/1996، تحت رقم 1015 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 20/9/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 12418/2017، بأنها قد عينت السيد عبد الله ناصر هايف عبد الله الحويله مديرا إقليميا للشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، وقد فوضته للقيام بكافة أعمال الشركة في لبنان، وتسجيلها لدى الجهات الرسمية، وأن يكون الممثل القانوني والمفوض بصورة قانونية عنها ومقرّه محطة بيروت، مع منحه صلاحيات أخرى وردت في كتاب إقرار تعيين وتفويض صلاحيات مؤرخ في 20/8/2017 .

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
