ان شركة GLAXOSMITHKLINE EXPORT LIMITED المسجلة بتاريخ 28/7/1998، تحت رقم 2018 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 9/10/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13198/2017، بأنها قد عينت السيدة رولى راشد لتكون الوكيل الحقيقي والقانوني للشركة في لبنان مع صلاحية القيام بكامل الأعمال والأشياء الوارد ذكرها في سند التوكيل المعطى لها والصادر في 16/8/2017 . تبدأ فعالية سند التوكيل المذكور أعلاه في الأول من أيلول 2017، ويبقى ساري المفعول لسنة واحدة اعتبارا من ذلك التاريخ الى حين إنهاء أو إبطال تعيين التوكيل من قبل مجموعة شركات GlaxoSmithKline وفقا لأيهما يحدث أولا.
