ان شركة CV CONSULTING Sarl المسجلة بتاريخ 4/4/2006، تحت رقم 2378 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/10/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13419/2017، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر الجمعية العمومية الاستثنائية المؤرخ في 26/7/2017، تعيين السيد روني الحلو مديرا لفرع الشركة في لبنان بمفعول فوري، وذلك بعد وفاة السيدة منار مراد المديرية العامة السابقة للفرع المذكور، مع منح السيد الحلو الصلاحيات اللازمة.
