ان شركة STRATEGY &(LEBANON) LLC المسجلة بتاريخ 26/8/1998، تحت رقم 2024 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 13/10/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13511/2017، بأنها قد قررت، في 24/8/2017،

أولا: عزل السيد جوزف صدّي كرئيس للشركة ومدير عام لفرعها في لبنان، مع إلغاء الصلاحيات الممنوحة له في ما يتعلق بالشركة والفرع؛

ثانيا: تعيين السيد جورج سليم صرّاف كرئيس للشركة ومدير عام الفرع؛

ثالثا: الإبقاء على السيد جبرائيل شاهين في منصبه كمدير للفرع.

مع منح كل من السيدين جورج سليم صرّاف وجبرائيل شاهين بالتكافل والتضامن صلاحيات كاملة لإدارة وتشغيل الفرع وتمثيله في كافة الأمور.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
