قد صرحت بتاريخ 7/11/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 14759/2017، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب اجتماع لـمجلس إدارة الشركة الـمنعقد بتاريخ 1/6/2016، الـموافقة على إغلاق فرع الشركة في لبنان الـمسمَّى: Telvent Energia Lebanon Branch Office، وتعيين الأستاذ كمال بارتي كمصفٍّ له، بحيث يقوم باسم الشركة ونيابة عنها تضامنياً بتوقيع كافة الـمستندات اللازمة من أجل تنفيذ إغلاق الفرع.
