ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على كتاب محافظ بعلبك الهرمل رقم 4019/ب/2017 تاريخ 13/11/2017،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات(،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية حوش الرافقة ــ محافظة بعلبك الهرمل منحلاً حكماً للسبب الـمبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ بعلبك الهرمل القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية حوش الرافقة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
