إن وزير الـمالية،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقـم 144 تـاريـخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (قانون ضريبة الدخل(،

بناء على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 (الإجراءات الضريبية) لا سيما البند 7 من الـمادة 9 منه،

بناء على اقتراح مدير الـمالية العام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تمدد لغاية 25/01/2018 ضمناً، مهلة تسديد ضريبة الرواتب والأجور وتقديم بيانات الفصل الرابع من سنة 2017 .

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى موقع وزارة الـمالية الالكتروني.
