ان شركة Eli Lilly (Suisse) S.A الـمسجلة بتاريخ 9/6/1995، تحت رقم 983 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل(، قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/11/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 15910/2017، بأنها قد قررت، بموجـب اجـتـمـاع لـمجـلـس الإدارة الـمنعـقـد بتاريخ 10/10/2017، الـمـوافـقـة على التمديد، اعتبارا من 1/1/2018، لصـلاحيات التوقيع الـممنوحة للسيدة ليندا ضو لتمثيل الشـركـة وفقا للوكالة الـمؤرخة فـي 10/10/2017، والتي عينت السيد ضو بصفة مدير عام لـمنطقة الشرق الأدنى (لبنان، الأردن، سوريا، فلسطين) مع منحها الصلاحيات اللازمة. إن الوكالة الـمشـار إليها أعلاه سـوف تـكـون صالحة اعتباراً من 1/1/2018 ولغاية 1/1/2019 . إذا توقف الـموظف عن العمل في الشركة تُعتبر هذه الوكالة باطلة ولاغية.
