قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/12/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 17083/2017، بأنها قد قررت بموجب مـحـضـر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة الـمنعقد في 24/5/2017، تعيين الـمهندس FRANCESCO TOMASI مديرا لفرعها في لبنان، ويحل محل الـمهندس Stefano Brunetti، مع منح الـمدير الجديد الصلاحيات اللازمة.
